farm can muson is A place of nature, tradition and culture, thanks to María Marí Colomar, payesa at heart, who decided to return to their roots and cultivate land as her family did in the past, with lots of energy, enthusiasm, affection and 100% organic. A 65,000 square meters of organic farm, where grow vegetables, fruits and native breed animals. Can Musson is an active farming with educational programs to young generations about ECOLOGY AND SUSTAINABILITY.

The first starred restaurant of Formentera. Chef Ana Jimenez, a self-taught photographer always mesmerized by the culinary world, bringing amazing ideas. Shrimp with shiitake cream and melon; Leek sweet and tender cuttlefish with garlic and squid ink paper rice. A treat: egg with bacon and trumpets over parmentier with bacon and bread crumbs. For dessert, the "island", a fantasy of passion, rock sugar and charcoal coconut milk soup dreaming in colors of the sea of Formentera. All marinated with an elegant wine cellar. // El primer restaurante con estrella de las Pitiusas. Chef Ana Jiménez, fotógrafa autodidacta siempre hipnotizada por la cocina y muy bien surtida de ideas. Langostino con shiitake y crema de melón; lata de pescado crudo (salmón y vieira) con ensalada de algas y ortigas.  Una golosina: huevo de corral con bacon y trompetas sobre parmentier con bacon y miga de pan. Arroz meloso de puerro y sepia con ajo tierno y papel de tinta de calamar. De postre, “la isla”, una fantasía de pasión, rocas de carbón de azúcar y sopa de agua de coco soñando en los colores del mar de Formentera. Todo marinado con una bodega de vinos muy cuidada.
